Job summary

PSA Airlines, Inc. is looking for a data analytics professional to support Talent Management. You will partner with business teams to produce high-quality analyses, reports, and dashboards for recruiting and retention initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in analytical roles, strong Excel skills, and experience with HR systems such as Workday or iCIMS. Tableau/Power BI experience is preferred to drive workforce insights.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in analytical/project support role.
• Strong quantitative, data visualization, and project management skills.
• Statistical skills using Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge including pivot tables.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.
• If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience with Workday, iCIMS, Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Copilot knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns in recruitment and retention.
• Prepare reports of data results with visuals, identifying key trends and insights.
• Partner with directors to implement process improvements based on data analysis.
• Evolve existing workforce metrics and dashboards.
• Promote overall data quality and manage workforce data with audits.
• Collect HR metrics from HRIS, payroll, surveys, and other sources.
• Support development or improvement of processes and procedures.
• Generate monthly demographic reports and provide analysis.
