Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting operations or HR technology roles.
• Advanced knowledge of ATS and talent platforms; reporting and troubleshooting.
• Experience leading projects from planning to implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation for leadership.
• Advanced Excel and collaboration/automation tools for process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrator for iCIMS and related talent systems.
• Own system configuration, access governance, and troubleshooting.
• Evaluate requests, assess impact, and prioritize with leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors, HRIS, IT, and stakeholders on improvements.
• Develop training, documentation, and user guides for talent systems.
• Lead projects from intake to post-launch support.
• Translate business needs into practical system solutions.
• Create executive-ready summaries and risk logs.
• Ensure compliance and data quality across recruiting workflows.
