Job summary

PSA Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Talent Systems Specialist to provide day-to-day administration and technical support for talent systems, including iCIMS, and to develop automations and AI-enabled agents to streamline Talent Acquisition and People Team processes.

The role focuses on system administration, automation, data reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to improve efficiency and accuracy across recruiting operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiting, HR, business systems, workflow automation, or related function.
• Working knowledge of enterprise technology platforms and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience building, testing, or maintaining workflow automations, low-code tools, or AI-enabled tools.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, process mapping, project support, change management, or user training.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and troubleshoot ATS and talent systems (including iCIMS).
• Configure releases, enhancements, and system maintenance for reliable performance.
• Design, test, deploy workflow automations to reduce repetitive work and improve handoffs.
• Create and configure AI-enabled agents for TA use cases with governance.
• Map processes, gather requirements, and support talent systems projects.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and SOPs for systems and automations.
