Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in human capital analytics, workforce planning or related role.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
• Strong communication to translate data into actions.
• Proven leadership of analytics projects and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven workforce analytics and experience insights strategies.
• Lead enterprise analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities.
