Job summary

The National Basketball Association (NBA) is seeking a People Analytics Analyst to support the HR analytics portfolio and drive data-informed decisions that improve employee experience.

Reporting to the People Analytics & Reporting Lead, you will administer surveys, produce reporting for global groups, partner with cross-team stakeholders, and help align learning initiatives with growth priorities while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in survey administration or HR analytics.
• 2-3 years’ experience on a Human Resources team.
• 2-3 years’ experience working in an HRIS capacity.
• Experience administering employee surveys in CultureAmp or a comparable tool.
• Experience producing recurring HR data reports.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee surveys from participant lists, stakeholder collaboration, and distribution through reminders and response tracking.
• Build and distribute survey reporting for global groups using People Analytics standards and confidentiality thresholds.
• Partner with internal cross-team stakeholders to identify and execute on requirements for report and dashboard updates.
• Analyze engagement and workforce data to identify development needs and align with L&D initiatives.
• Audit dashboard data integrity and security with IT; recommend improvements to user experience.
• Partner with HRIS and IT to support year-end performance, compensation planning, and talent reviews.
