Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive PEO product sales and expand the client base. You will identify customer needs, present Paychex solutions to decision makers, and manage referral channels to maximize revenue.

You will also onboard clients and ensure a smooth transition to Paychex PEO services while maintaining high service standards. The role requires a strong background in sales, the ability to travel as needed, and a commitment to Paychex values and client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management.

Responsibilities

• Develop new clients and expand the client base for PEO products and services.
• Leverage GTM strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers.
• Prospect for new clients and referrals using various channels directed by Sales management.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and refer to the correct sales partner to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit new business paperwork and weekly activity reports by deadlines.
• Onboard PEO clients ensuring a smooth transition and resolve onboarding issues.
• Represent the company professionally to create sales opportunities and attend partner meetings.
