You will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy, schedule appointments, visit brokers, and onboard PEO clients, while striving to increase revenue and market share across the territory. This role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, plus a track record in B2B sales.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 5+ years of relevant sales or sales management experience.
• 2 years of relevant sales or sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision to meet quota attainment.
• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit brokers to secure referrals.
• Prospect new clients and referral sources using various channels.
• Onboard PEO clients and ensure smooth transition.
• Travel may be required for conferences or regional meetings.
