Job summary

Paychex is seeking a results-driven sales professional to expand the PEO client base by selling comprehensive PEO solutions. You will develop new business, manage broker and client relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding.

Travel may be required to broaden geographic coverage and close key deals. You will leverage the Paychex portfolio and partner network to deliver tailored workforce solutions that increase client profitability and drive growth across regions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience.

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision of Sales management and within quota guidelines.
• Leverage Go-to-Market strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources using phone, mail, seminars, and marketing programs.
• Analyze prospects’ needs and determine appropriate products and refer to the correct sales partner.
