Job summary

Paychex is recruiting for a PEO Sales professional in Emeryville, CA to grow our client base and revenue through selling payroll, HR, benefits and advisory services in a single connected HCM platform.

You will identify customer needs, present the Paychex solution to stakeholders, and leverage broker referrals to expand market share. This role involves field travel and collaboration with sales teams to close new business and onboard PEO clients efficiently.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• 5+ years in sales/sales management or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new clients within the PEO space.
• Present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure opportunities.
• Prospect new clients using calls, mailings, seminars and marketing programs.
• Onboard PEO clients ensuring a smooth transition to the service.
