Job summary

Paychex is hiring for a PEO Sales role focused on growing the client base and profitability within the PEO segment. You will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy to identify needs and present Paychex solutions to key decision-makers, working with brokers and referral sources to increase revenue and market share.

As part of the PEO Sales organization, you will onboard clients, manage onboarding experiences, and travel as needed for conferences and trainings.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new PEO clients to expand the referral base.
• Present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers via in-person or virtual meetings.
• Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients and referral sources through calls, mail, seminars, and local marketing programs.
• Analyze client needs to determine appropriate Paychex products and route to the right sales partner.
• Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork and weekly activity reports on schedule.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies to ensure a smooth transition and resolve issues promptly.
