Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Project Manager for Paychex PEO onboarding and implementation. You will coordinate the client onboarding and the deployment of Paychex software and hardware to deliver a cohesive experience.

You’ll partner with internal teams (Payroll, Benefits, ACA, HR, Data, Sales) and with clients, brokers, and vendors. Requires a Bachelor's (preferred), 2 years in client onboarding/health benefits, and a Life & Health insurance license. Irving, TX, full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in Client Onboarding & health and benefits.
• Life & Health insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client contact during implementation and coordinate issue resolution and timelines.
• Manage employee benefit onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions.
• Create and manage implementation timelines with clear responsibilities and tasks.
• Interface with internal teams (Payroll, Benefits, ACA Compliance, HR, Data Team, Sales) and external clients, brokers, and vendors.
• Ensure client expectations are set and adapt to changes in timelines and scope while mitigating risks.
• Provide regular status reports to Management and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing service.
