Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Project Manager for Paychex PEO implementation in the Denver area. You will coordinate client onboarding and the rollout of our payroll, HR and benefits platform with internal teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.

You will manage timelines, communicate progress, handle scope changes, and drive a smooth transition to ongoing service while maintaining high client satisfaction. This role offers growth within a collaborative One Paychex culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in client onboarding and health and benefits.
• Life & Health insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client onboarding and implementation timelines.
• Serve as primary client point of contact during implementation.
• Interface with Payroll, Benefits, ACA Compliance, HR, the new Client Data Team, and Sales.
• Provide regular status reports to management.
• Ensure a smooth transition to ongoing service.
• Identify risks and manage changes in scope.
