Job summary

WTW is seeking a Pension Outsourcing Intern to support defined benefit plan administration under experienced guidance. You will perform routine tasks, assist with data updates, and help prepare benefit statements while gaining exposure to pension design concepts.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a quantitative degree with strong Excel skills and excellent communication. This internship offers a hybrid work model and a structured learning path.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with GPA ≥3.0.
• Strong mathematical/analytical skills demonstrated.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring plan administration tasks for defined benefit plans under supervision.
• Assist with project work and client support services as requested.
• Learn pension plan administration and design through training opportunities.
• Support data updates, benefit calculations and statements preparation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Adhere to plan documents and regulations in daily activities.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions; be accountable to the team.
