Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand pension plan administration and design through instructor-led training and on-the-job learning.
• Perform routine plan administration tasks for defined benefit plans with guidance.
• Collaborate with plan administrators and actuaries to deliver services.
• Learn and use Excellence tools to ensure quality delivery.
• Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training activities.
• Be accountable to team members.
