TK Elevator is seeking a Superintendent- New Installation/Modernization in Pensacola, FL to oversee all construction operations, ensuring timely and profitable project delivery. The role requires coordinating elevator installations, managing crews, and maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management and field supervision.
• Ability to plan, direct and prioritize elevator installations.
• Knowledge of safety programs and audits.
• Ability to read reports and manage project finances.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field employees and enforce company policies.
• Administer safety program and conduct safety audits.
• Plan elevator installations and manage manpower and scheduling.
• Review job status using accounting reports and identify risks/opportunities.
• Manage subcontractor performance on turnkey projects.
• Maintain relationships with owners, contractors, and consultants.
• Review and approve change orders and related documents.
• Stay up-to-date with elevator industry codes and SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and training teams.
• Resolve complaints and coordinate with local agents when needed.
