Job summary

Signal Energy LLC is seeking a field-based, hands-on team member to contribute to the construction of a solar field and support the mechanical scope. This role requires outdoor work in varying weather and a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with line and equipment setup, QA/QC checks, and coordination of materials and tasks on site. GED is required and construction experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and perform repetitive actions.
• Work outdoors in varied and extreme weather conditions.
• Strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
• Able to follow precise instructions and accept feedback.
• Construction project experience is preferred.

• Assists with String Line, Laser, Pile Shakeout, Pile Remediation, Tracker Shakeout, Huck & BOM, MIB, Damper, Module Staging, Tracker QA/QC, Module QA/QC, SPC Controller.

Assists with the following:

• String Line
• Laser
• Pile Shakeout
• Pile Remediation
• Tracker Shakeout
• Huck & BOM
• MIB
• Damper
• Module Staging
• Tracker QA/QC
• Module QA/QC
• SPC Controller

Skills/Abilities

• Able to lift 50+pounds
• Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
• Experience working on construction projects preferred
• This position requires working outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc.
• Candidates must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits.
• This position may also include exposure to loud noises, dust, debris, and other construction-related hazards.

Education

• GED or equivalent education required
