Job summary

CoVolt Power SE is seeking a field-based construction helper to support the building of a solar field. The role involves outdoor work in varied weather conditions and hands-on tasks across multiple subsystems, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include assisting with line work, laser alignment, QA/QC tasks, and material staging on site. Prior construction experience is preferred, and the role requires physical endurance and the ability to follow precise instructions.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50+ pounds.
• Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors.
• Experience working on construction projects preferred.

• Assists with field construction activities: String Line, Laser, Pile Shakeout, Pile Remediation, Tracker Shakeout, Huck & BOM, MIB, Damper, Module Staging, Tracker QA/QC, Module QA/QC, SPC Controller.

Job description

This is a field-based, hands-on position in which successful candidates contribute to the construction of a solar field. This position supports the mechanical scope.

Assists with the following:

• String Line
• Laser
• Pile Shakeout
• Pile Remediation
• Tracker Shakeout
• Huck & BOM
• MIB
• Damper
• Module Staging
• Tracker QA/QC
• Module QA/QC
• SPC Controller

Skills/Abilities:

• Able to lift 50+pounds
