Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of data-related experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ASCENDER or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Two years of data collection, entry, validation, or reporting experience.
• Ability to maintain confidential, auditable records and meet deadlines.
• Strong Excel skills: formatting, filters, formulas, PivotTables, lookups, data reconciliation.
• Experience with ASCENDER or similar student information systems and TEA PEIMS/TWEDS standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, verification, and reporting of district PEIMS and local student data.
• Provide daily campus-level data support and maintain data integrity.
• Assist with student information system issues and data-related troubleshooting.
• Prepare accurate reports and corrections to support TEA requirements.
