Job summary

Grapevine-Colleyville ISD is seeking a PEIMS Coordinator to lead the collection, transformation, and state reporting of PEIMS and TSDS data. You will ensure data integrity, oversee Ed-Fi mappings, and support analytics across campuses and departments.

Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, this exempt role requires a Bachelor's degree and three years of PEIMS experience. Strong Excel/SQL capabilities and experience with data standards, reporting tools, and training staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of PEIMS or information systems experience.
• Experience with TSDS PEIMS coding systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PEIMS/TSDS data collection and submission.
• Ensure TEA/Ed-Fi compliance and handle data corrections.
• Collaborate with campuses and admin offices to prepare data.
• Distribute reports and train staff on PEIMS requirements.
• Maintain records and meet submission deadlines.
