Job summary

Grapevine-Colleyville ISD is seeking a PEIMS Coordinator to lead the collection, transformation, and submission of PEIMS/TSDS data, ensuring compliance with TEA Data Standards and Ed-Fi specifications. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments to maintain data integrity and support district dashboards.

Responsibilities include reporting to TEA, training staff on PEIMS standards, and maintaining accurate records within established timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or three (3) years related professional experience with PEIMS and Information Systems
• Knowledge of PEIMS data standards and Ed-Fi
• Ability to translate state data model updates to district systems

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection, transformation, and submission of PEIMS/TSDS data per TEA Data Standards and Ed-Fi specs.
• Submit fall, mid-year, summer, and extended year program reports to the state.
• Collaborate with campuses, finance, and HR to prepare data for PEIMS submission.
• Verify data submissions and troubleshoot data landing or API issues.
• Distribute edits and reports for analysis and correction.
• Submit complete PEIMS data in TEA prescribed format to ESC.
• Update and maintain district attendance processes and manuals.
• Provide training on PEIMS Data Standards to staff.
