Job summary

Kaufman Independent School District seeks a PEIMS Coordinator to manage data collection, integration, and reporting for district PEIMS submissions. Under supervision, you will ensure data accuracy and timely reporting in compliance with TEA standards.

You will work with campus and central office staff to gather data, run verification checks, and provide training on PEIMS processes. A Bachelor's degree is required and prior data-management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of experience in a school district or campus administrative support position involving data collection/entry.
• Experience with PEIMS data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, integration, and formatting of PEIMS data per TEA standards.
• Collaborate with campus, business office, and personnel staff to collect data by deadlines.
• Run edits and reports; distribute for verification and correction.
• Submit PEIMS data to TEA in the prescribed format for processing.
• Verify data submissions and timely corrections.
