Job summary

Liberty-Eylau Independent School District is seeking a PEIMS Coordinator to support data collection, formatting, and reporting for PEIMS submissions, and to assist with diagnosing and repairing network hardware as needed.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate, auditable records, coordinate with campus, business and personnel offices to gather and format data, run edits and reports, provide training, and ensure timely TEA- and ESC-submitted PEIMS data while maintaining Skyward data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records.
• Proficient use of PC software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and word processing.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Four years of district administrative support experience with data collection/entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with PEIMS data collection, integration, and formatting.
• Coordinate with campus, business office, and personnel staff to collect and format PEIMS data for submission.
• Run edits, reports, and verification checks to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide PEIMS training and support to campuses and offices.
• Submit complete PEIMS data to TEA/ESC in prescribed formats and timelines.
