Traditional Home Health Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one in-home care for pediatric and adult patients, with weekday and weekend shifts available across Mount Pocono, Cresco, and Tobyhanna.

Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!

Rate: $28-$32 per hour

Immediate Need

• Mount Pocono, PA: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm G‑tube experience needed
• Cresco, PA: Saturday & Sunday 7am-3pm / Monday - Friday overnight shifts available, large breed dog in the home
• Tobyhanna, PA: Monday - Friday 8am-8pm & Saturday & Sunday 9am-6pm
