Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care Pediatric Division is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role focuses on one-on-one care for pediatric and adult patients in home and school settings, with flexible weekday and weekend shifts and opportunities for part-time or full-time schedules.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.

Sunbury, PA: 1:Thursday & Friday 6:30pm-6:30am - Saturday & Sunday 10:30pm-6:30am

2. Thursday & Friday 6:30pm-6:30am - Saturday & Sunday 10:30pm-6:30am

Sunbury, PA: Monday - Friday, school accompaniment, 8:00am - 3:00pm/Shikellamy School District

Sunbury, PA: Trach/Vent overnight shift available

Dewart, PA: Wednesday 7:00am - 6:00pm/Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6:00pm - 11:00pm
