Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse
Shift:Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate:$28-$32 per hour

Immediate Need: Danville, PA: Monday - Friday overnight shifts available, 10:00pm-6:00am
Danville, PA: 7:00am - 4:00pm for school accompaniment
Watsontown, PA: Monday - Friday 4:00pm-12:00am

Responsibilities:

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts:

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements
