Job summary

Traditional Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team, delivering high-quality one-on-one nursing services in pediatric and adult home settings across Scranton, PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• One-to-One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Service Location: Scranton, Pa and surrounding areas

Shift: Weekday and weekend shifts, full-time and part-time schedules available!

Rate: $27-$32 per hour

Immediate Need: Scranton, PA: Saturday 8:00am - 4:00pm

Factoryville, PA: Looking for 3:00pm-11:00pm & 11:00pm- 7:00am. There is a dog in the home.
