Traditional Home Health Care in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team. This role provides skilled nursing care in patients' homes and schools, with weekday and weekend shifts available and options for full-time or part-time schedules.

Qualifications

$28-$32 per hour

Responsibilities

• One to One patient care in home/school environment
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for patient
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Patient assessments; coordination of care
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Available Nursing Shifts

• Morning, evening or overnight
• 8’s, 10’s, or 12’s (full shift work)
• PRN, Part-Time, or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements
