Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience with databases, electronic health records, and release of information preferred.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge is required; strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Answers and directs incoming calls and coordinates referrals.
• Manages health records and ensures proper documentation and release of information.
• Provides accurate information about CHAS Health services, locations, and providers.
• Maintains confidentiality and supports a safe, respectful work environment.
