Job summary

NorthEast Provider Solutions Inc. is recruiting a Residency Coordinator for the Pediatrics Residency Program. This full-time, day-shift role works with the GME Office and Attending Physicians to manage day-to-day operations of the residency training program.

The coordinator ensures compliance with ACGME and other accrediting bodies, manages rotations, schedules, and trainee records, and supports recruitment and onboarding activities within a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience in administration and/or residency/fellowship program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in related areas preferred; high school diploma required as applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational management of the residency/fellowship training program.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME and other accrediting bodies with assistance from GME Office.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientation, rotations, and documentation; liaise with residents, GME Office, and hospital administration.
• Maintain databases and schedules, track attendance, and support cost reporting and program evaluations.
• Assist with exams, faculty and trainee materials, and program communications.
