Montefiore Health System in Bronx, NY seeks a Program Supervisor to lead day-to-day administration of ACGME-accredited residency and fellowship programs within Anesthesiology. You will supervise the Program Assistant, coordinate with Fellowship Directors, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of two years of administrative experience.
• Working knowledge of immigration processes related to graduate medical education preferred.
• Knowledge of ACGME, ABA, AMA, FREIDA, ERAS and NRMP processes.
• Experience using New Innovations or similar residency management software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership and time-management skills.
• Supervise staff and coordinate multiple programs.
• Completion of OHS Annual Assessment required.

• Provide administrative leadership and oversee day-to-day GME program operations.
• Supervise the Program Assistant and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate with Fellowship Directors and Program Administrator on activity planning.
• Serve as subject matter expert on policies, accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead recruitment activities and coordinate ERAS fellowship applications.
• Generate and analyze statistical reports and maintain program records.
• Maintain educational calendars and communicate activities to trainees and faculty.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME, ADS, ABA and AMA requirements.
• Coordinate CCC/PEC meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
• Support graduation ceremonies, conferences and other events.
