Job summary

The South Bend Clinic, a patient-centered, physician-led health system in South Bend, IN, is seeking a friendly front desk professional to join the Pediatrics team. You will warmly greet patients, manage registrations, scheduling, and billing, and provide courteous service in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be professional, team-oriented, and comfortable with computers.

Responsibilities

• Greets and welcomes patients/guests in person and over the phone in a professional, respectful, confidential manner.
• Registers patients, schedules appointments, and handles charges.
• Directs calls to appropriate staff and minimizes transfers.
• Maintains accurate patient records and compiles necessary billing information.
• Adheres to HIPAA guidelines and Clinic policies.
