Job summary

CARROW STREET PEDIATRICS PLLC is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented front desk/medical office assistant to join our busy Southtowns pediatrics practice. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect co-pays while providing excellent patient service.

Experience with eClinicalworks is a plus. Hours include one evening and rotating Saturdays; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and route inquiries.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Register patients and manage patient flow in the office.
• Check patients in/out and verify insurances.
• Accept patient co-pays and perform miscellaneous office tasks.
