MedStaff Group is seeking a reliable Front Desk Receptionist for a busy pediatrics and primary care office in Inwood, NY. The role requires excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced medical setting.

You will greet patients, check them in/out, answer calls, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain EMR accuracy. Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical front-desk or receptionist experience preferred.
• eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience preferred.
• Pediatrics or primary care experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities
