Blackbird Health in Virginia is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, and families on a full-time onsite basis. You’ll receive supervision hours toward independent licensure and work with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active provisional license in VA (LPC-R, SiSW) and 1+ year of pediatric experience. Core hours after 3:00 PM ET; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in VA (e.g., LPC-R, SiSW) working toward independent licensure.
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers under supervision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on treatment planning and care coordination.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in supervision and ongoing training.
