Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families with full clinical supervision and administrative support.

This on-site role offers dedicated hours toward licensure, a 4-day workweek option, and competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match, plus paid holidays and supervision as you grow toward independent licensure.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers under supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Provide care on-site with hours contributing toward licensure.
