Job summary

Blackbird Health in Pennsylvania is seeking an Associate/Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, and families with full clinical supervision and administrative support. You will work onsite with an interdisciplinary team, earning clinical hours toward independent licensure while serving young patients and their caregivers.

The role offers full-time, part-time, or contract options with supervision included and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• PA license required: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed pursuing independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision and team collaboration.
• Availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers with supervision.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team and provide care to patients and families.
• Receive dedicated clinical hours toward licensure and comprehensive administrative support.
• Participate in supervision and professional development as part of the Blackbird program.
