Job summary

Blackbird Health seeks an Associate/Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high‑quality therapy to children and adolescents with full supervision and administrative support. You will work onsite with an interdisciplinary team, gaining clinical hours toward independent licensure while serving families.

Candidates should have 1+ year of pediatric experience, PA licensure or progress toward it, and a commitment to 100% onsite collaboration and supervision.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• Active Pennsylvania license or in progress toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Willingness for 100% onsite attendance and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents with supervision.
• Work onsite with an interdisciplinary team and support clinical hours toward licensure.
• Provide care to young patients and their families while maintaining thorough documentation.
