Job summary

Blackbird Health is a pediatric mental health provider in the United States seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to children and families with supervision, working on-site with an interdisciplinary team.

This full-time role offers dedicated clinical hours toward licensure and a supportive environment. Positions include full-time W2 as well as part-time and 1099 options, with a strong benefits package and a focus on 100% onsite presence.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed candidate working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for supervision and team collaboration.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers with full clinical supervision and administrative support.
• Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team while accruing clinical hours toward independent licensure.
