Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers, with full clinical supervision and administrative support provided by Blackbird.

This on-site role in Centreville, Virginia offers dedicated supervision hours toward independent licensure, working with an interdisciplinary team to provide impactful care to young patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in VA (e.g., SiSW, LPC-R) working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• 1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team with clinical supervision and administrative support.
