Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy to children, adolescents, and their caregivers with full clinical supervision. You will work on-site with an interdisciplinary team, receiving hours toward independent licensure and supporting families in a collaborative setting.

The role requires a PA license (LSW/LAPC or pre-licensed) and 1+ year of pediatric experience, with availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• Must be able to attend onsite supervision and team collaboration.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and adolescents with clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver care to families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in supervision.
