Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking an Associate/Provisionally Licensed Therapist to provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children and families with full clinical supervision. You will work on-site with an interdisciplinary team, gaining supervised hours toward independent licensure while delivering impactful care to young patients.

Qualifications

Active provisionally licensed / associate credential in VA (e.g., SiSW, LPC-R) working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
1+ year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
Committed 100% onsite attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and caregivers with supervision.
Work on-site alongside an interdisciplinary team with dedicated supervision toward licensure.
Provide care while handling credentialing, billing and EMR so focus remains on patients.
