Job summary

Blackbird Health seeks an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents. You’ll work on-site with an interdisciplinary team, receiving supervision and helping families in PA, VA, NJ, and MD as you progress toward independent licensure.

The role offers structured hours, a 4-day workweek option, and competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match. Onsite only.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania license: LSW, LAPC, or pre-licensed toward independent licensure.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescents.
• Committed to 100% onsite attendance for supervision and collaboration.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents with full clinical supervision.
• Work on-site with an interdisciplinary team and provide care to families.
• Provide clinical hours toward independent licensure while delivering impactful care.
