Job summary

Blackbird Health is hiring a licensed therapist to provide virtual and in-person therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults, with a caregiver-focused approach. This W2 Part-Time role offers 20 hours per week, after-school core hours, and a guaranteed caseload.

You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and receive licensure sponsorship in operating states. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays, and a supportive, growth-oriented workplace

Qualifications

• Must be independently licensed in at least one U.S. state.
• One year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to youth.
• Comfort with telehealth and virtual care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy to children, adolescents, young adults (ages 2–26) and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support treatment engagement.
