Blackbird Health seeks licensed clinicians to provide therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in a hybrid work setting (onsite and remote options). You will partner with families and an interdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• Active Pennsylvania license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
• 1+ year of experience with children and adolescent patients.
• 1+ year of telehealth or virtual setting experience.
• Available after 3:00 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends.
• Passion for family-centered, high-touch care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person therapy to children and adolescents.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families.
• Educate families on therapeutic approaches to foster progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide care.
