MultiCare, a not-for-profit health care organization, seeks a Speech Pathologist to deliver clinical services and collaborate with patients, families and healthcare professionals. You will apply extensive speech pathology expertise to patient care across the medical team and community.

The role involves conducting assessments, interpreting results, and helping to develop effective treatment plans while coordinating with physicians for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA.
• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Washington or in CFY with supervision.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• Previous Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, interpretation, and reporting of clinical observations.
• Perform patient assessments with physicians and develop treatment plans.
• Perform and interpret videofluoroscopic swallow studies and fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing.
• Confer with physicians and other health care professionals.
