Job summary

MedCare Pediatric Group seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized therapy for children, including speech, language, feeding and swallowing. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and empower families.

The role supports flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) with opportunities for mentorship, development, and career growth within a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• One year of experience preferred; CFYs and new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Pediatric speech therapy experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication with children, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop care plans.
• Provide evidence-based pediatric therapy for articulation, language, feeding, and fluency.
• Deliver sessions focused on functional communication and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve positive outcomes.
• Educate families on strategies to support progress at home.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPAs, nurses and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation per standards and regulations.
