Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver and supervise services across communication, cognition and swallowing. You will evaluate, create and implement plans of care, reassess progress, and participate in discharge planning within a collaborative team.

Pediatric and inpatient/outpatient coverage may be required. Washington licensed SLP with an accredited master's and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Washington Speech Language Pathologist License required by hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association at hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise services in communication, cognition and swallowing.
• Perform evaluations, develop and implement plans of care, and reassess outcomes.
• Participate in discharge planning within a team-based care model.
• Provide services for pediatric adolescents and for inpatients and outpatients as needed.
