KidsCare Home Health is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and provide medically prescribed speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings. You will guide patients and caregivers to reinforce progress and strategies.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current state-issued professional licensure.
• CPR certified.
• Pediatric clinical experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical treatment to patients including screenings, evaluations, direct treatment, and family/caregiver training.
• Perform evaluations with focus on receptive and expressive language, speech, articulation, and auditory skills.
• Coordinate patient care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Maintain communication with patient and family regarding progress and home programs.
• Refer patients and family members to appropriate services and resources.
• Consult with physician on patient progress and maintain records.
