Job summary

KidsCare Home Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in client homes. The SLP will evaluate, plan and deliver therapy, and coach families to reinforce gains. Collaboration with office staff ensures coordinated care and progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure.
• CPR certification and a valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with pediatric clinical settings preferred.
• Home health experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy to pediatric patients in home health settings.
• Screen, evaluate, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Instruct and support caregivers to reinforce therapy at home.
• Coordinate care with office staff and other disciplines.
• Document progress and maintain patient records and equipment.
• Participate in QA/PI programs and continuing education.
• Maintain appropriate caseload and productive patient schedules.
