Job summary

HealthPartners seeks a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Rehabilitation Services team. You will provide direct patient care, contribute to outcomes and participate in program improvements while upholding professional standards.

You’ll collaborate with physicians, families, and staff; maintain licensure and ASHA certification, and engage in ongoing professional development within a culture of patient- and family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Speech Language Pathology (Communication Disorders).
• Licensed with the Minnesota Department of Health and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP or CFY-SLP).
• Experience in pediatric communication disorders and clinical settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Participate in outcomes assessment, competency evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with families, physicians and staff to improve care and satisfaction.
• Engage in program and department improvement initiatives and professional development.
